Margaret Jeanette (Poole) Price

Margaret Jeanette Price, 78, of Leesburg, went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, April 10, 2011. Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 15, 2011 at Wrights Chapel in Worth County. Reverend Joseph W. Jones and Reverend Jimmy Hagadorn will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Born March 28, 1933 in Worth County, Mrs. Price was the daughter of the late Claude Franklin Poole and Carrie Giddens Poole. She worked for many years for M and R Training and in recent years she had volunteered at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital and worked in the gift shop. She loved the Lord Jesus with all her heart and was of the Holiness faith. “Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints”. Survivors include her daughters, Kathy Taylor and husband, James and Eileen Price all of Leesburg; son, Larry Price of Ashburn; brother, Gordon Poole; grandchildren, Carrie and Justin Hankins, Chris Brown, Jill and Travis Price, Jamie Taylor, Christy and Chris Rice; great-grandchildren, Jade, Jaycee, C.J., Kolton, Jaxon, and Allyson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter G. Price; two sons, William “Billy” Price and Claude “Franky” Price and brother, Claude Franklin Poole, Jr. The family will receive friends Thursday, April 14th from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Hall and Hall Funeral Home.
