Robert Stephen Harrell

Mr. Robert Stephen Harrell, 53, of Leesburg, passed away Friday, August 17, 2012. Services honoring the life of Mr. Harrell will be conducted at 6:00 p.m., Monday, August 20, 2012, in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home with military honors. Reverend Donnie Nix will officiate. Born July 22, 1959, in Arlington, GA., Mr. Harrell served our country in the Air Force and worked for several years with the City of Albany. He loved all his family and enjoyed playing with his grandchildren. Robert was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church. Survivors include his mother, Peggy Miller Harrell of Leesburg; brothers, Ed Harrell of Carrollton, Tony and Carol Harrell of Leesburg, Kenny Harrell of Leesburg and Jon and Paige Harrell of Albany; children, Casie Rowland and Corey Phillips; grandchildren, Savannah and Ava Rowland and Ashtyn Phillips; several nieces and nephews. Robert was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth F. Harrell who passed away on June 27, 2011. The family will receive friends following the service at Hall and Hall Funeral Home.
