Alan David Mceachern

Mr. Alan David McEachern, 60, of Albany, passed away Saturday, August 18, 2018 at his home. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m., Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at the graveside of Riverside Cemetery. Rev. Jerry Cooper will officiate. Born March 13, 1958 in Albany, Alan was a member of Sunnyside Baptist Church, worked for Carlton Company and Proctor and Gamble. He enjoyed fishing, listening to music, a movie buff, and loved a good joke. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, William E. (Bill) McEachern; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Morris Powell; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Aristo McEachern and his brother, William M. (Bo) McEachern. Survivors include his mother, Sally P. McEachern of Albany; son, Bret Alan McEachern and aunt, Betty M. Fiveash. The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside.
