Andrew Mcdonald

Mr. Andrew McDonald, 77, of Albany, passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2021, at Phoebe North Hospital. A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 6, 2021, in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Bro. Luke Cooper will officiate. Born April 3, 1943, in Sylvester, GA, Mr. McDonald was the son of the late Gilbert and Ruth Veasey McDonald. He worked for many years as a heating and air contractor. He loved to fish, go to the lake, and watch boxing. He is often remembered by his big heart and willingness to help people. Along with his parents, Mr. McDonald is preceded in death by his wife, Deborah Lynn Hardy McDonald. Survivors include his children, Davis McDonald of Albany, GA; Andrew Thompson (Debi) of Knoxville, TN; Lisa Worley (Jay) of Myrtle, SC; Jared McDonald (Nicole) of Clinton, TN; Andrew "Doodle" McDonald of Albany, GA and Michelle Hardy of Albany, GA; brother, Vernon McDonald (Diane) of Georgetown, GA; 15 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
