Barbara Abbott

Ms. Barbara Ann Abbott, 73, of Worth County passed away on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at her residence. Private graveside services for the family only will be held at the Leesburg Cemetery. Born August 22, 1948, in Knoxville, Tennessee, Ms. Abbott was retired from Proctor and Gamble where she served as a Fire Watcher. She enjoyed watching TV but most of all, enjoyed spending time with her family. Survivors include her sister, Sandra Jean Watson (Vernon) of Worth County; brothers, James Wesley (Annie) of Lee County, David Wayne of Lee County, Woolard Presley of South Carolina, Thomas Eugene Presley of Oklahoma; and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Ms. Abbott is preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Smith and Rosie Sanders. Hall and Hall funeral Home has been given the honor to serve the Abbott Family.
