Cynthia Marie Nelms

Cynthia Marie Nelms, 49, of Albany, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, April 7, 2010. A service celebrating her life will be conducted at 6:00 p.m., Friday, April 9, 2010 at Cornerstone Baptist Church on Moultrie Road. Reverend Gene Snipes and Reverend George Howell will officiate. Cynthia Marie Nelms was born November 21, 1960, in Albany, GA. She was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church, worked for several years as a CNA, and enjoyed singing Gospel Music. She will be remembered as a loving daughter, sister and aunt that will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her mother, Christina Price of Albany; sisters, Carol Cannon and her husband, Rodney of Leesburg, Cheryl Stevenson and her husband, David of Leesburg, Christy Hayes and her husband Tommy of Jacksonville, FL.; brother, Kenneth K. Price and his wife, Tara of Leesburg; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
