Dale Charles Rose

Mr. Dale Charles Rose, 81, of Albany, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2020. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 14, 2020, at Crown Hill Cemetery. Born September 13, 1938, in Ashtabula, OH, Mr. Rose was the son of the late Henry Joseph and Irene Loretta Snell Rose. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy and retired after almost 22 years of faithful and honorable service. He was of the Catholic faith and a member of St. Teresa’s Catholic Church in Albany as well as a member of the Knights of Columbus. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, he will be greatly missed by all. Survivors include his beloved wife of 61 years, Nina Loomis Rose; children, Michael Anthony Rose (Schryl), Michele Ann Self (George), and Christopher Patrick Rose; grandchildren, Michael Wayne Self (Erin), Jennifer Christine Spencer (John), Steven Tyler Rose (Maggie); and 4 great grandchildren.
