Darius Renard Perry, 31, of Albany, passed from this life into the arms of the Lord on Tuesday, January 28, 2025.
A memorial service honoring his life will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2025, in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Eugene Hill officiating.
Darius was born May 2, 1993, in Waycross, GA at Memorial Hospital to Regina Simpson and Renard Perry. He was baptized in the name of our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ on July 10, 2016, at Kingdom Recovery Ministries, Phenix City, Alabama under the leadership of Eugene Hill, Senior Pastor.
Darius was educated in the Ware County School System and was a 2011 graduate of Ware County High School. After high school, he went to work as a truck driver, which he did for several years. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing and was known for his warm, loving, and helpful personality. He never met a stranger and loved to make others laugh. A loving husband, son, father, nephew, and friend, he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Regina Allen of Albany; father, Renard Perry of Waycross, GA; wife, Kalin Perry of Phenix City, AL; his 3 children, James Perry, Joy Perry, and June Perry all of Phenix City, AL; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and friends that loved him dearly.
Hall and Hall Funeral Home was given the honor to serve Darius’ family.
