Debra Lila (Williams ) Sheffield

Mrs. Debra Lila Sheffield, 60, of Albany, passed away Sunday, May 17, 2015 at her home. A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 20, 2015 in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Rev. Joseph W. Jones will officiate and the family will receive friends following the service. A native of Albany, Mrs. Sheffield was the daughter of the late Vernon Williams and Nora Castleberry Williams. She worked for many years for Jimmie’s Hot Dogs in Albany and was Baptist by faith. She greatly enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Sheffield was preceded in death by her sister, Gail Karn. Survivors include her children, Teresa Ann Sheffield of Eufaula, AL, Elizabeth Lanora Couch of St. Louis, MO, Angela Dawn Hayes (Chris) of Leesburg, Chastie Shannell Sheffield of Albany; brothers, Johnny M. Williams and Donnie Williams( Jennifer) all of Chapel Hill, TN and Christopher Williams of Albany; seven grandchildren, Christopher, Ashley, Aaron, Carmen, Leslie, Brianna and Janet and 6 great-grandchildren.
