Ernest Jr. Clewis

Ernest George Clewis, Jr.,nbsp;57, of Albany passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at Evergreen Assistant Living. Services honoring the life of Mr. Clewis will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 12, 2009 in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral. Rev. Robin Chaplin will officiate. Ernest George Clewis, Jr. was born January 31, 1952 in West Palm Beach, FL to the late Ernest George Clewis, Sr. and Margaret Wohlers Clewis. He was of the Baptist Faith andnbsp;retired after many years of service with Bell South. Survivors include a brother, Fred Clewis and his wife Betty of Charlotte, N.C.; one aunt, Ruth Clinkscales; one uncle, Freddie Wohlers and special friends Roger Todd and his wife, Nancy of Lee County. The family will receive friends following the service on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at Hall and Hall Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family request that contributions be made to Albany Community Hospice, 2332 Lake Park Dr. Albany, GA. 31707.
