Frances Rose Seaborne

Mrs. Frances Rose Seaborne, 50, of Leesburg, passed away, Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at Phoebe North Hospital. Born March 14, 1964 in Miami, FL, Mrs. Seaborne was the daughter of the late James Patrick and Martha Seaborne. She was a homemaker and loved all of her family dearly. She loved music and was always easy to talk to. She will be remembered as a compassionate person who will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Survivors include her husband and dedicated caregiver, Dave Heabler of Leesburg; son, James Campbell of Albany; daughters, Lauren Campbell of Melbourne, FL and Megan Campbell of Cocoa Beach, FL; sister, Martha “Kathy” Seaborne of Melbourne, FL and a brother, Christopher Seaborne. The family is honoring the request of Mrs. Seaborne and she will be cremated.
