Mr. Frank Woodard, 63, of Albany, passed away at his home on Sunday, January 9, 2022. A memorial service honoring his life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 15, 2022, in the Chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Born February 19, 1958, in Eastman, he was the son of the late James Woodard Sr. and Jewel Wylene Williams Lampkin. He proudly served our country in the United States Air Force and later retired from Albany Auto Auction where he worked as a manager for many years. Frank was a character. He never met a stranger, loved putting a smile on others faces, and kept everyone laughing with his off-kilter sense of humor. He had a wonderful memory and was the historian of the family. He spent countless hours tracing back the lineage on both sides of his family tree. He loved everybody and everybody loved him. A wonderful husband, brother, uncle, and friend, he will be greatly missed by all. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Timothy and Charles Woodard. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Patricia Coffman Woodard; siblings, Kay Starnes (Donald), Jimbo Woodard (Lu Anne), and Kisha Tillery (Wendell); and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends he loved dearly. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a charity of your choice. The family has recommended that everyone in attendance have a mask on. Hall and Hall Funeral Home was given the honor to serve the Woodard family. Hall and Hall Funeral Home Albany, GA 229-883-3864
