Mrs. Froney Ann Stegemiller, 60, of Dawson, passed away at her home on Sunday, January 5, 2025.
Funeral services honoring her life will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 10, 2025, in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home with Rev. Robin Chaplin officiating. The family will visit with friends following the service.
Born February 3, 1964, in Columbus she was the daughter of the late Dorris Greer. Froney had a love for horses and worked for many years caring for horses at Carl Edwards & Sons Stables in Terrell County until her retirement. In her free time, she loved playing card games and watching her favorite game shows, Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. She also enjoyed the cooking channel and was a fan of the show Chopped and Guys Grocery Games. A beloved wife, sister, aunt, and friend, she will be greatly missed by all.
Along with her mother, she was preceded in death by her brother, Oscar Riley.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Carl Stegemiller; brothers, Bubba Riley and Tommy Riley; sister, Hazel Lott, her husband Steve and their son Jeremiah; stepson, Robert Cody Stegemiller; brothers-in-law, Gene Stegemiller and his wife Shelley and Ron Stegemiller and his wife Lynn; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Hall and Hall Funeral Home was given the honor to serve the Stegemiller family.
