Geraldine 'Gerry' Huggins

Geraldine ldquo;Gerryrdquo; Harris Cumbie Huggins, 84, of Albany, passed away Sunday, August 1, 2010 at Phoebe Sumter Hospital in Americus. Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Reverend Robin Chaplin will officiate and interment will follow in Floral Memory Gardens. Mrs. Huggins was born April 5, 1926 in Miller County, daughter of the late Jack Harris, Sr. and Lucy Houston Harris. She retired after many years from National Linen Service. She was of the Baptist faith and will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother. Survivors include her son, Stan Cumbie and wife, Marcia of Sasser; grandchildren, Kristen Cumbie of Columbia, TN, Shabahn Massey and husband, Brad of SanTeFe, TN; great-grandchildren, Karli and Kendall Massey; sister-in-law, Irene Harris of Donalsonville; niece, Kathy Holley of Donalsonville; step-sons, Johnny Huggins and wife, Harriet of Auburn, AL and Eddie Huggins and wife, Pauline of Albany; step daughter, Elizabeth Wiehrs of Albany, GA. The family will receive friends on Wednesday one hour before the service at Hall and Hall Funeral Home. nbsp; nbsp;
