Gordon Michael Fox

Mr. Gordon Michael Fox, 57, of Sylvester, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2010, at his home while surrounded by his loving family. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at Philema Road Baptist Church in Leesburg. The Reverend Dan Harris and Reverend Johnny White will officiate with interment to follow in Floral Memory Gardens. Mr. Fox was born February 20, 1953, in Panama City Florida, son of John Daniel Fox and Louise Smith Fox Porter. He was a member of Philema Road Baptist Church , enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing Golf. His main enjoyment was playing music with his family and spending time with them. Our loss is Heavens gain and he will never be forgotten. Survivors include his loving wife, Gloria Jean Hammack Fox of Sylvester; his children, Michael Todd Fox of Leesburg, Brandon Dean Fox and Katie of Albany and Tonya Sheree Fox of Sylvester; his mother, Louise Smith Fox Porter of Sylvester; brother and sister-in-law, John Davidnbsp; Fox and Marcy of Crestview, FL; three grandchildren, Alanna, Caitlin and Ashton. He was preceded in death by his father, John Daniel Fox and his brother, William Daniel Fox. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 18, 2010, one hour before the service at Philema Road Baptist Church.
