Gracie 'Shuggy' (Jones) Dozier

Mrs. Gracie Shuggy Jones Dozier, 60, of Worth County, passed away Sunday, August 7, 2011 at Phoebe Worth Medical Center in Sylvester. The memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 11, 2011 at Lighthouse Ministries. The family will receive friends following the service at the church. Born September 11, 1950 in Cairo, Mrs. Dozier was the daughter of the late Robert Lee Jones and Lucille Adkins Jones. She was a homemaker and of the pentecostal faith. She considered Lighthouse Ministries to be her home church. In additon to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Emory Paschel (Pat) Dozier; sister, Mary Bob Carter and brother, William Earl (Buddy) Jones. Survivors include her sister, Sara Frances Jones and Bill and her God son, Jeremy Crumbly; nieces and nephews, Jerome Carter, Jeffery Carter, Wednesdee Sadler, Susan Bodiford, Sonya Holmes, Mary Jones and Shannon Watson.
