James Clark Bowen, Jr., 46, of Albany, died, Friday, 24, 2014. Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 30, 2014 at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. Father Lee Lowrey will officiate. Born November 21, 1967 in Hawkinsville, Mr. Bowen was the son of the late James Clark Bowen and Alice Tharpe Bowen. He worked for Albany Tractor Company and was a member of St. Paul Episcopal Church. Survivors include his three sons, Samuel, William and Benjamin Bowen.
