Jeanette (Terry ) Kinney

Mrs. Jeanette Kinney, 88, of Albany, passed away, Wednesday, January 22, 2014. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 AM, Saturday January 25, 2014 at Sunnyside Baptist Church. Reverend Terry Siniard and Reverend Craig Howell will officiate with interment to follow at Crown Hill Cemetery. Born May 14, 1925 in Florala, AL, Mrs. Kinney was the daughter of the late James Jefferson Terry and Jettie Thompson Terry. She was a homemaker and member of Sunnyside Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening and will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Kinney was preceded in death by her husband, Louis A. Kinney. Survivors include her daughters, Sheila and Marvin Harrelson of Baconton, Cynthia and Stanley Suit of Dawson; sons, Larry and Velma Bass of Albany, Larry Kinney and Ray and Floren Kinney both of Florida; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 -7 Friday, January 24, 2014 at Hall and Hall Funeral Home.
