Jeanne (Craig) Hime

Mrs. Jeanne Hime, 79, passed away April 18, 2012 in Howell, MI. She was born June 15, 1932 in Tyler, Texas, the daughter of the late Fred and Inez (Poole) Craig. On September 23, 1953 in Hazel Park, MI Jeanne married Alfred Hime, he preceded her in death on November 21, 2001. Jeanne spent her life as a wife and mother and a devoted member of Calvary Baptist Church in Whitmore Lake, MI. Mrs. Hime is the grandmother of Christina Marie (Joseph) Jones, owners of Hall and Hall Funeral Home here in Albany. Mrs. Hime was the loving mother of Jeffrey (Linda) Hime of Howell, MI, Theresa Highland of Pinckney,MI, Sharon (Dan) Trantham of Fowlerville, MI and Tina (Chris) Aguilar of Columbus, GA, grandmother of 12 and great-grandmother of 11. In addition to her husband her sons, Duane and Gregory Hime and granddaughter Danielle Trantham preceded her in death. The family will gather with friends on Sunday from 2-5 PM at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel. A Healing Farewell will be held 11 AM Monday, April 23, 2012 at Calvary Baptist Church in Whitmore Lake with Pastor Matt LaFave officiating. Burial will be in Washtenong Memorial Park.
