Mr. Jesse Ray Hiner, 46, of Albany, passed away on Saturday, November 13, 2021. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, November 22, 2021, at Hall and Hall Funeral Home. A celebration of life service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at Andersonville National Cemetery. Born February 1, 1975, in Orlando, FL, he was the son of Mr. Jerry R. Hiner and Mrs. Phyllis Lile Schippang. Jesse proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corps and later went to work for the Marine Corps Logistics Base in Albany where he was currently employed. He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed golfing, and was a lifelong Dallas Cowboy and Ohio State Buckeyes fan. A beloved father, son, brother, and friend, he will be greatly missed by all. Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Bayleigh Hiner of Seminole, FL; mother and stepfather, Phyllis and Rick Schippang of Sylvester; father, Jerry R. Hiner of Florida; sister, Brandy Joy of Biloxi, MS; step-siblings, Cheryl Miller (Dan) of Sylvester, Cindy Henderson (James) of Sumter, SC, and Cathy Hart (Bryce Wells) of Bonaire; 1 nephew, and a host of aunts, uncles, and extended family and friends.
