John Wesley Lambert

Mr. John Wesley Lambert, 41, of Albany, passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2022, in Anderson, S.C.

Born on August 17, 1981, in Lafayette, IN, John was a hard-working man who worked in construction. He enjoyed boxing, spending time with his family, and was of the Christian faith.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Jason Lambert who passed away on October 8, 2012.

Survivors include his wife, Angela Burleson Lambert of Albany; children, James Lambert of Albany, and Kasandra Lambert of Albany; father, James Lambert of Albany; mother, Lisa Dodd Scott of Albany; sister, Jessica Lambert of Albany; maternal grandfather, Merrill Dodd of Albany; one grandchild on the way; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday, November 7, 2022, at Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in the Leesburg Cemetery with Rev. Russell Stroud officiating.
