Joyce (Whitfield) Hall

Mrs. Joyce Whitfield Hall, 66, of Sylvester, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 24, 2012 in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Reverend Jason Jones will officiate with interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery. Mrs. Hall was born September 12, 1945 in Alexander City, AL. to the late, James Edward Whitfield and Ruby Agnes Terrell Taylor. She retired from Miller-Brewer Company after twenty-one years. She loved to decorate her home during the holidays and especially loved opening up her home during the Christmas season. She enjoyed working with crafts and spending time with her family. She was Baptist by faith. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her son, Randy Conner and her brother, Bobby Watkins. Survivors include her husband, Walter Hall; daughter, Tammy Roncadori of Charlotte, NC; sons, Kenny and Amy Hall of Albany, Paul and Karen Hall of Rougemont, NC; brothers, Charles and Tina Whitfield of Doerun, Dewayne and Nancy Whitfield of Greenbay, WI, Jerry Taylor of Albany, Winfred Weldon of Michigan; sister, Dona Whitfield of Albany; four grandsons, Kevin, Ryan, Austin and Michael; four nieces, Jennifer Heyer, Kim Frankovich, Andrea and Laura; nephew, Jerrod Taylor; great nephew, Will Heyer; great-niece, Olivia Frankovich. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 at Hall and Hall Funeral Home. The family will be at 902 N. Isabella St. Sylvester, GA. 31791.
