Kelver Venroe Wiggins

Mr. Kelver Venroe Wiggins, 90, of Albany, passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021, at The Phoenix at Albany. Funeral services for Mr. Wiggins will be conducted at 12:00 noon, Friday, October 8, 2021, at Andersonville National Cemetery, in Andersonville. Born May 4, 1931, in Haysi, Virginia, Mr. Wiggins was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Wiggins. He proudly served our country in the United States Army and National Guard. He was a recipient of the purple heart from his involvement in the Korean Conflict. He enjoyed drag racing and was of the Christian faith. He will be greatly missed. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Debbie Wiggins of Albany; his sister, Faye; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
