Kenneth &Quot;Jack&Quot; Harrell

Mr. Kenneth F. “Jack” Harrell, 77, of Leesburg, passed away Monday, June 27, 2011 at his home. The Memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 30, 2011, in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Reverend Frank Hughes will officiate. Mr. Harrell was born December 8, 1933 in Colquitt, son of the late Clifford Harrell and Decima Chambers Harrell. He was a retired veteran with the United States Air Force. During his service witht he United States Air Force, Mr. Harrell was awarded the Bronze Star Citation. After retirement he worked with Chambers Motors and was employed as a Lee County Bus Driver. He loved gardening, Braves baseball and especially loved his Grandchildren. Survivors include his loving wife, Peggy Miller Harrell; sons, George Edward Harrell of Carrollton, GA., Rob Harrell of Leesburg, Tony Russell Harrell and wife, Carol of Leesburg, Kenneth F. Harrell, Jr. of Leesburg and Jonathan Mark Harrell and wife, Paige of Albany; sisters, Joy Fones of Colquitt, Jane Roland and husband, Billy of Colquitt, Jerrie Ross and husband, Gerald of Ocilla and Jean Reynolds and Husband, Tony of Camilla; four grandchildren, Kenneth Harrell III, Blake Harrell, Nikki Harrell and Rhett Harrell; special people in his life, Sylvia Howell, Patty Clanton, Kim Steffy and Special aunt, Mrs. Ida Chambers of Leesburg. The family will receive friends following the service at Hall Hall Funeral Home.
