Kimberly Deann Johnson, 31, of Poulan, GA, passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2015. A celebration of life will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 25, 2015 in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Rev. John Nunes will officiate. Born December 8, 1983 in Albany, Kimberly attended nursing school at Moultrie Technical College, loved life and her children. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Survivors include her children, Raegan Green, Cameron Humphries, Emily Walters and Bryn Walters; mother, Cheryl Berry and Jim of Poulan; father, Jeffery Johnson of Albany; brothers, Coty Johnson of Sylvester and Trever Johnson of Macon; sisters, Miranda and Dale Smith of Albany, Jessica and Mike Snelson of Lee County and Taylor Berry of Poulan; maternal grandparents, John and Vera Moll of Sumner and paternal grandparents, Sandra and Henry Hayes of Lee County and Felton and LaFaye Johnson of Albany. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at Hall and Hall Funeral Home.
