Larry Eugene Parker

Mr. Larry Eugene Parker, 67, of Albany, peacefully passed away at his home on the morning of February 13, 2019. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 15, 2019, in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Billy Wilks officiating. Following the service, Mr. Parker will be laid to rest in Oakridge Cemetery in Tifton at 4:00 p.m. Born March 21, 1951 in Calhoun, GA, Mr. Parker was the son of the late Ernest Parker and Mary Daniel. He lived most of his life in Albany and retired from Parker’s Repossession Co. as a repo man. Mr. Parker was a faithful member of Doerun Church of God. A loving husband, step father, brother, and friend he will be greatly missed by all. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sister, Marie Daniel and step-father, Melvin Daniel. Survivors include his loving wife, Margie Parker; step-children, Deanie Miller, Joe Gay, Christopher Gay, and Missy Smith; sister, Brenda Morgan; step-mother, Janie Parker; step-brother, Paul Franks; brothers, Tommy Parker, and Terry Parker; sisters, Darlene Gadson, Tammy Hamilton, Tammie Daniel, and Irene Daniel Calhoun; aunt, Syble Barfield; uncle, George Tucker; and his 3 grandchildren, Joshua Allgood, Steven Metzger, and Tisha Dixon.
