Linda J. (Pye) Casey

Mrs. Linda J. Casey, 62 of Albany passed away at Phoebe North Hospital on November 7, 2012. Graveside services for Mrs. Casey will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 9, 2012 at Riverside Cemetery. Mr. Phil Pye will officiate. Born December 9, 1949 in Albany, Mrs. Casey was the daughter of the late Walter Pye and Alice Shiver Pye. She was a homemaker as well as a beautician. Mrs. Casey was a devoted and loving caretaker of her loved ones. She loved her family and her dogs and enjoyed being at home with them. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister. Along with her parents Mrs. Casey is preceded in death by her husband, P.F. Casey and her brother John Pye. Survivors include her fiancé, James L. Joines Jr. of Albany; her son and daughter-in-law, Ricky and B.J. Casey of Albany; her daughters and sons-in-law, Kelly and Rob Holloway of Leesburg and Tammy and Mike Burns of Fleming Island, FL; her brother and sister-in-law, Phil and Lorraine Pye; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Brenda and David Steiner and Patricia and Dennis McCook; her grandchildren, Eddy Hill, Amber Hill, Zach Owens, Miachel Burns III, Josiah Casey, Abby Casey, Kelsie Casey, Edan Casey and Matthew Casey, and one great grand-child, Levi Hill.
