Logan Carter Serrano

Logan Carter Serrano, 1 year and 4 months of age, tragically passed away in an accident on Saturday, February 19, 2022, in Albany. A celebration of life service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 24, 2022, in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Rev. Ken Bevel will officiate, and the family will visit with friends following the service. Logan was a precious gift from God and brought much love and joy to all who knew and loved him. Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, Patricia Matzen and Michael A. Serrano of Albany; twin brother, Aiden; maternal grandparents, Jessie McDonald and Steve of Albany, and James Matzen of Florida; maternal grandparents, Leif and Jennifer Divoll of Tifton; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
