Marion S. 'Marty' Moulton

Mr. Marion “Marty” S. Moulton, 84, of Albany, passed away Monday, May 1, 2017 at his home. Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 p.m., Friday, May 5, 2017 in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Rev. Robin Chaplin will officiate. Born January 20, 1933 in Donalsonville, Mr. Moulton was the son of the late James R. Moulton and Bessie Mae Hobbs. He served our country in The United States Army in the Korean Conflict and retired as a truck driver. He enjoyed fishing and listening to old country and gospel music. He was Baptist by faith. In addition to his parents, Mr. Moulton was preceded in death by his son, Rick Brumbley, Sr. and step-daughter, Donna Bryan. Survivors include his wife, Lilly Moulton; daughters and sons-in-law, Sherry Freeman and Gary of Leesburg and Missy Janes and Clint of Albany; step-daughters, Sharon Pye of Sylvester and Tammie Dent of Baconton; sister, Mary Davis; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends one hour before the funeral service at Hall and Hall Funeral Home. The family would like to thank Albany Community Hospice and nurse, Selena Wilson for their compassionate care of Mr. Moulton.
