Marion Tracy Blanchard

Mr. Marion Tracy Blanchard, 87, of Sylvester, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at Willson Hospice House. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 1, 2019, in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home with Dr. Charlie Rouse officiating. Following the services, he will be laid to rest in Riverside Cemetery. Born March 29, 1931, in Sylvester, Mr. Blanchard was the son of the late Dalton and Addie Bailey Blanchard. He retired from the City of Albany, attended Liberty Baptist Church and loved his family. In addition to his parents, Mr. Blanchard was preceded in death by his wife, Lucretia Renfroe Blanchard. Survivors include his daughter, Betty Cook and son, Terry Renfroe both of Albany; 2 sisters, Gail Godwin and Trellie Stewart; 3 brothers, Herbert, Ray and Charles Blanchard; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
