Martha Gayle (Lasseter) Hall

Mrs. Martha Gayle Hall, 68, of Albany, went home to be with Jesus on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 while surrounded by her loving family. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Bethel Holiness Tabernacle, 4621 Radium Springs Rd. Albany, GA. 31705. Pastor Noah Phillips will officiate with interment following at Crown Hill Cemetery. A lifelong resident of Albany, Mrs. Hall was the daughter of the late Garrett Augustus Lasseter and Illa Johnson Lasseter. She was a loving homemaker who loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren. Mrs. Hall also spent over 22 years traveling much of the country with her husband who served in the Navy. Mrs. Hall loved her Lord and her church greatly and will be missed by all who knew her. Survivors include her husband, Paul Edward Hall of Albany; son, Paul and Sedida Hall of Albany; daughter, Heather Ellen Phillips of Albany; sister and brother-in-law, Gwen and Billy Beck of Camilla; step-sister, Bonnie Courtoy of Albany; grandchildren, Caleb, Jacob, Abigail, Chloe Phillips and Joseph Hall and her mother-in-law, Nell Carr of Albany; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her brothers, Freddie Lasseter and Billy Lasseter; sisters, Janet Johnson and Ernestine Price and her step-mother, Corene Lasseter. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial contributions be made in memory of Mrs. Hall to Bethel Christian Academy at PO BOX 446 Putney, GA. 31782.
