Michael Scott Wolfe

Mr. Michael Scott Wolfe, 58, of Albany, passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Willson Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 7, 2018 at First Baptist Church of Putney. Rev. Danny Evans will officiate with interment to follow at Floral Memory Gardens. Born August 21, 1959 in Bremerhaven, Germany, Michael was the son of the late, Robert Eugene Wolfe and Vada Jean Smith Wolfe. He worked as a truck driver for many years and loved his many animal babies. He also enjoyed watching the Georgia Bulldogs and fishing. He always looked for ways to help others and never met a stranger. Michael was a member of First Baptist Church of Putney. In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his sister, Beverly McMullen and nephew, Rob McMullen. Survivors include his wife, Carol Watson Wolfe of Albany; sister, Deborah Mills of Worth County; sister and brother-in-law, Violet and Richard McKibben of Sylvester; nephews, Michael McMullen, Joshua Pritchard and his wife, Misty and Colby Pritchard; niece, Beth McMullen; great-nephews, Nolan McMullen, Aidan Prichard and Riley McMullen; great-nieces, Vada Pritchard and Lyla McMullen; several special aunts, uncles and cousins.
