Minnie Cannizzaro Wiggins, 83, of Albany passed away Friday, December 30, 2011 in Albany. Services honoring the life of Mrs. Wiggins will be conducted at 6:00 p.m., Monday, January 2, 2012 in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Rev. Mark Bullock will officiate. Her remains will buried at Andersonville Nation Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Minnie Cannizzaro Wiggins was born October 10, 1928 in Trenton, NJ, daughter of the late Salvato Cannizzaro and Concetta Pisco Cannizzaro. She was a homemaker and was of the Catholic faith. Minnie met her husband in 1953 as he was serving in the Army in Trenton, New Jersey. Through the fifty-seven years of marriage they were inseparable. They did everything together and their love was just as real at death as it was in the beginning. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife that loved everyone. Survivors include devoted husband, Mr. Kelver Wiggins, son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Debbie Wiggins of Albany; brother, Carman; sisters, Solphia and Annie and a special friend that was like a daughter, Stacy Sangster.
