Patricia "Joyce" Steward

Mrs. Patricia “Joyce” Steward, 72, of Albany, passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

Visitation will be held from 4:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. on Friday, December 9, 2022, at Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 10, 2022, in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. A private burial will take place at Mt. Enon Cemetery in Baconton.

Born November 6, 1950, in Moultrie, GA, Joyce was the daughter of Mr. Wilson Thomas Turner and Elizabeth Anne Duren. She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed gardening. and collecting coins. A beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, she will be greatly missed by all.

She was preceded in death by her late husband, Doyle Lentz.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Charles Steward of Albany; daughter, Teresa Johnson of Albany; grandchildren, Matthew Unruh (Robin), Jonathan Unruh, and Ashley Unruh; her sisters, Judith Speck (Joseph) and Kathy Mancill; her stepson Loren Lentz (Teresa); her granddaughter, Brooke Lentz Bryant (Mitch); and great-grandchildren, Addison and Austin Bryant.

Hall and Hall Funeral Home was given the honor to serve Joyce’s family.
