Paul Wentzel Schubert, 54, of Albany, passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 7, 2021, at Hall and Hall Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 8, 2021, at Crown Hill Cemetery with Joseph W. Jones officiating. Paul was born April 3, 1967, in Germany, to the late Alton and Ruth Kunde Schubert. Mr. Schubert was a long-time and devoted employee at Miller Coors for Dematic in Albany where he worked as a Site Foreman. Mr. Schubert enjoyed listening to loud music, watching drag racing, and spending time with friends and family. A beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, he will be greatly missed by all. Survivors include his wife, Mary “Wonnie” Schubert of Albany; son Branden Schubert (Karen) of Worth County; grandchildren, Riley Schubert and Landen Schubert; brothers, Mike Kunde, Ted Schubert (Dona) of Dothan, AL, Alton Schubert (Bridey) of Leesburg, GA, Patric Schubert (Missy) of Leesburg; sisters, Ingrid Strout (Conway) of Jasper, AL, Isabel Stovall (Hugh) of AL, Yvonne Lewis (Byron) of Destin, FL, Angie Kolody (David ) Albany, GA.; extended family, Belinda Hatcher (James) of Worth County, Debbie Phillips (Allen) of Worth County, Allen Perkins (Stacy) of Lee County, Myron Perkins of Albany, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
