Sandra K. Whitcomb

Mrs. Sandra K. Whitcomb, 75, of Albany, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. According to her wishes, there will be no public service. Mrs. Whitcomb was born on July 5, 1946, in Oregon City, Oregon to the late Glen and Dorothy Alsman. She retired from Phoebe North Hospital as a switchboard operator and greeter. She had a great passion for Diamond Dot Crafting, however her greatest passion was her love for her family, including her grandchildren and her fur babies. Mrs. Whitcomb was of the Methodist faith. She is survived by her husband, John Whitcomb; her children, Debra (Marvin) Myers of Leesburg, GA, Pamela (Keith) Story of Findlay, OH, Darrell Pugh of Panama City, FL, James (Stephanie) Whitcomb of Leesburg, GA, Jennifer Whitcomb of VA and her foster daughter Rebecca Simon of Albany, GA; her grandchildren, Darryl (DJ) Fails, Jr, Erin Pugh, Jacob Story, Jordan Whitcomb, Christina Pugh, Ali Pugh and Kori Pugh; and her great grand-daughter Kylie Royal.
