Seaborn A. Hall

Seaborn A. “Andy” Hall, 83, of Albany, passed away Monday, May 23, 2011 at Palmyra Medical Center in Albany. A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 26, 2011 in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Rev. Bill Suggs will officiate and interment will follow at Midway Baptist Church in Meigs, GA. Mr. Hall was born April 9, 1928 in Meigs, GA. Mr. Hall served his country in the U.S. Air Force and retired in 1981 as a SSGT and was a member of the Albany American Legion Post. He was a member and deacon of Southside Baptist Church in Albany. Survivors include his wife, Verna Hall; his sons, John Maples and Don Maples both of Albany; his daughter Rena Ford and her husband Clark of Jacksonville, Fl; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Memorial contributions in Mr. Hall’s name may be made to the Shiners Children’s Hospital. The family will receive friends prior to the memorial service at Hall and Hall Funeral Home.
