Mrs. Shervie Jean Page Worley, 72, of Albany, passed away, Sunday, February 15, 2015 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Born June 9, 1942 in Doerun, Mrs. Worley was the daughter of the late Lemmie Homer Page and Leola Folds Page. She was a devoted homemaker who had a wonderful sense of humor and could make anyone laugh. Her greatest love in life was her family and she also enjoyed traveling which included camping and cruising. Mrs. Worley was a compassionate person who was a charitable giver to those who were less fortunate. She had a great love for animals especially her dog, Sam and her cat, KiKi. Her sweet smile and love for everyone will remain in our hearts forever. She was a member of Providence Church of Albany. Survivors include her husband, Hal A. Worley of Albany; brothers, David and Ricky Page both of Albany; daughters, Donna Jean Allen of Albany, Tracey Lynn Carrington of Leesburg; step-son, Butch Worley (Lahoma Traylor) of Birmingham, AL; step-daughter, Marcey Worley-Ross (Kenneth) of Fayetteville, TN; three grandchildren, Brandon Keith Allen, Chase Anthony Allen and Brittany Lynn Carrington; step-grandchildren, Victor J. Ross, Natalie Elise Worley and Christina Allison Worley. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at Hall and Hall Funeral Home. A memorial service will immediately follow at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, February 18, 2015 in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Rev. Jason Spears will officiate.
