Thomas J. Keenan

Mr. Thomas J. Keenan, Jr., 54, of Leesburg, died, Saturday, November 10, 2012 in Albany . Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, November 15, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Marine Corps Logistics Base Chapel. Burial at sea will follow at a later date. Born May 23, 1958 in Brooklyn , NY , Mr. Keenan was the son of the late Thomas J. Keenan and late Alice Marie (Manning) Keenan. He served our country for over twenty-three years in the United States Navy as Quarter Master First Class and continued to serve at The Marine Corps Logistics Base until the time of his death. In addition to his parents, Mr. Keenan was preceded in death by his sister, Peggy Keenan. Survivors include his brothers, Harry J. Keenan, John T. Keenan and Christopher R. Keenan; nephews, Harry and Ryan; nieces, Faith, Brooke and Maggie. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
