Mrs. Toshie Taylor, 87, of Albany, passed away Friday, November 17, 2017 at Willson Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 20, 2017 in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Andersonville National Cemetery. Born June 15, 1930 in Nagano, Japan, Mrs. Taylor was a loving homemaker and military wife who loved her family deeply. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting and cooking for her family and friends. Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Wayne T. Taylor; daughter, JoAnn Taylor Williams and husband, Phillip Williams of Albany and grandchildren, Joe Williams, Wendy Williams O’Lear and Phillip Williams, Jr.; son, Neil Taylor of Loganville and granddaughter, Jasmine Taylor.
