Trinity Annelise Sokolowski

Trinity Annelise Sokolowski, infant daughter of T. J. and Dr. Katrina Sokolowski of Albany, passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2014. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 20, 2014 at the graveside of Crown Hill Cemetery. In addition to her parents, Trinity was survived by her brother, Taylor and sister, Kaitlyn; maternal grandparents, Jeff and Suzannette Mays of Richmond, VA and paternal grandparents, Walt and Mary Sokolowski of Albany. Trinity joins her grandmother, Gladys Marie Sokolowski. The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside.
