Victoria (Vicki) R. Brown, 75, of Albany, Georgia, passed away at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital on January 30, 2021. Vicki was born February 23, 1945 in Niles, Michigan, Berrien County to Robert L. Repine and Clara (Stewart) Kizer, Step-father Guy Kizer, Jr. All proceed her in death. Vicki lived her life in Niles, Michigan until June 1998 which is when she moved to Albany, Georgia. She graduated from Niles High School and South Western Michigan College with a Bachelors in education. Vicki is a former Special Needs Teacher. She is also a former employee of Astar Manufacturing, where she was a Press Operator, Forklift Operator, and Supervisor. Vicki’s hobbies were Hunting, Fishing, Ceramics, Egg Art Painting, Woodworking and Bonsai. Survivors left to cherish her memory include her brother, Jack Kizer; sister Pamella Hyink; her sons Charles Repine and Robert Brown (Angela); daughters, Robin Flannery (Mike) and Ronda Brown; her 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews and her best friend, Paula Knight. A viewing and visitation will be held from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at Hall and Hall Funeral Home in Albany, GA. Funeral services will be announced and will be conducted later in Niles, MI with burial at Mission Hills Memorial Gardens.
