Virginia Willoughby

March 30, 1937 — January 15, 2011

Mrs. Virginia Barton Willoughby, 73, of Moultrie, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, January 15, 2011. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 18, 2011 in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. The Reverends Curt McCollough, Chris Turner and Craig Dozier will officiate and interment will follow in the Providence Cemetery in Worth County. Mrs. Willoughby was born March 30, 1937, in Moultrie, daughter of the late Troy N. Barton and Minnie Lee Kelley Barton. She was a Homemaker, enjoyed sowing and loved the Lord Jesus with all her heart. She was a member of Zion Grove Assembly of God in Moultrie. Surely our loss is Heaven’s Gain. She has fought a good fight, finished the race and kept the faith. Survivors include her children, Teresa Lorraine and David Thompson of Worth County, Eugenia “Tina” and Mark Outlaw of Niceville, FL, Tammy Marie and Wade Apperson of Lee County and Terri Lynn and David Harvey of Worth County; Tommy and Marsha Willoughby of Moultrie brothers, Williard and Jane Barton of Thomasville, Darrell Barton of Moultrie, Dennis Barton of Moultrie, Norris and Jane Barton of Thomasville and Glen and Linda Barton of Mascot, FL; sisters, Elizabeth Barton, Faye and Darrell Burnham and Betty Hall all of Moultrie; 16 grandchildren, Wendy, Iris, Amanda, James, DeWayne, Matthew, Christopher, Shawn, Travis, Jessica, Kayla, Amber, Ashton, Stormy, Grace, and Dillon and 12 great-grandchildren, Chase, Lauren, Will, Lily, Kendall, Matthew, Jr., Shannon, Bailey, Destiny, Ealum, Caleigh, and, Kimarhi. The family will receive friends today, January 17, 2011, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Hall and Hall Funeral Home.
