Walter Albert Wisniewski

Mr. Walter A. Wisniewski, 71, of Albany, passed away Sunday, February 6, 2011 in Albany. Services honoring the life of Mr. Wisniewski, will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 12, 2011 in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Father Finbarr Stanton will officiate. Born April 6, 1939 in Toledo, Ohio, Mr. Wisniewski was the son of the late Walter C. Wisniewski and Stephanie Jaskolski Wisniewski. He was a retired veteran, having served in the United States Navy and worked at the Marine Logistics Base. Walter was of the Catholic Faith and attended St. Teresa’s Catholic Church. He will be greatly missed by his loving family. Survivors include his wife, Sandra Johnson Wisniewski; son, Pete Wisniewski and wife, Carrie of Albany; step-sons, Edward Schuster of Milford, IN; daughter, Manching Wisniewski of Lake Havasu City, AZ, step-daughters, Lee Ann King and husband, Larry of Walker, LA, Donna Stokely and husband, Eugene of Newport, TN and Penny Newcomer and husband, Paul of Syracuse, IN; brother, Robert Wisniewski of Northwood, OH; sister, Barbara Wisniewski of San Francisco, CA; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
