Wendy Bodiford

Mrs. Wendy Bodiford, 55, of Albany, passed away on Friday, July 12, 2024, at Willson Hospice House.

The family will host a memorial service at a later date.

Wendy was born August 28, 1968, in Albany. She spent her years as a homemaker caring for her family and home. She loved her family dearly, especially her grandbabies, and was of the Baptist faith. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, daughter, and friend, who will be greatly missed by all.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Wylene Collins; son, Johnathon Shane Lee; and her siblings, Penny Draper and Billy Joe Bodiford.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Kevin Lee (Jessica) of Oakfield; father, Billy Bodiford of Hahira; love of her life, Dennis Lee of Oakfield; her four grandchildren, Tanner, Harlie, Rainah, and Bailyn; siblings, Billy Bodiford, Ricky Bodiford (Tena), C.J. Bodiford, and Sherry Fitzgerald; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends.
