William Kenneth Blanchard

Mr. William Kenneth Blanchard, 53, of Albany, passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Columbus Specialty Hospital in Columbus. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 28, 2014 in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Dr. Charlie Rouse will officiate with interment to follow at Floral Memory Gardens. Born November 17, 1960 in Albany, Kenny graduated from Dougherty County High School and from Albany State University. In previous years he had worked as a case manager with ARC before his health declined. His family was his life and he will be remembered as a loving son, brother, uncle and friend. He was of the Baptist faith. Kenny was preceded in death by his mother, Carlene Wright Blanchard and his sister, Dana Morris. Survivors include his father and step-mother, Herbert and Barbara Blanchard of Albany; sister and brother-in-law, Vivian and Randy Allagood of Doerun; special caregiver, Michelle; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
