Zephyr Edith (Hutto) Gray

Zephyr Edith Hutto Gray, 85, of Sylvester, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2011 in Sylvester. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 14, 2011 at Southside Baptist Church . Reverends Bill Suggs and Rob Gray will officiate with interment to follow in the Crown Hill Cemetery . Mrs. Gray was born on August 17, 1925 in Ocilla, to the late Bobbie Hutto and Fannie Law Hutto. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church , enjoyed gardening and sewing. Her life was her family and she will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Survivors include her children, Wilma Cook of Albany, Michael Gray of Sylvester, Teddy Gray of Douglasville, Bobbie Kennedy and husband, Bobby of Leesburg, Patricia Denby and husband, Clyde of Leesburg, Jackie Gray of Baconton, Elizabeth Davis and husband, Sammy of Sylvester, Rev. Rob Gray and wife, Patricia of Warwick; 21 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and all her siblings, Mrs. Gray was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur Gray and grandson, Steven Coffey. The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 13, 2011 from 7 until 9 at Hall and Hall Funeral Home.
